Surrey Timepieces Ltd provides a limited warranty for all watches sold to the original purchaser ("Customer"). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Where a watch still carries time remaining on its manufacturer's warranty, that cover applies alongside ours.

If a defect covered by this warranty arises, please contact us by email at support@surreytimepieces.co.uk or by phone within the warranty period. Please provide the order number and name of the original purchaser, a brief description of the problem, and any relevant photographs of the watch.
Where a fault is covered by this warranty, we cover the cost of postage and handling for returning the watch to us. Once received, we will arrange for it to be repaired and returned to you.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the Customer. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the watch. To the extent permitted by UK law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Surrey Timepieces reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, but any changes will not affect warranty coverage for watches purchased before the modification.
