What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch with us so we can find a solution. We only provide full refunds on specific terms, the watch needs to be returned for inspection prior to receiving the refund, it needs to be in its original state, with all packaging such as boxes, manuals, swing tags, warranty cards and any other items originally provided. If the returned goods do not match these specifications, we may send the item back to you or alternatively offer a partial refund.

How long will delivery take?
We prioritise fast & safe delivery. All orders are dispatched on the same or next business day. All orders are sent with Royal Mail special delivery, fully insured & guaranteed next-day.

What warranty is included with my purchase?
Most new watches come with a pre-registered warranty directly with the manufacturer or retailer. If the watch you are buying does not come with this benefit, we provide a 12-month warranty directly through us.
